As for Voice Memos there should be a button inside the app called all recordings. Double tap this and you should be able to find your list. When you enter the app you are on the record button, so you will have to swipe around a bit. Keep in mind Voice Memos will name your recordings by location they were recorded and date and time, unless you edit the file name and give it a custom name just as you would with say, something in Notes.
