Which phone do you have? I have an iPhone 11 and since upgrading to iOS 15 back in September I don't think I heard Siri saying once "One moment please" or "Working on that". I am not saying Siri always gets everything perfectly right, but these sort of replies seem to be no more and I wonder that all the processing on the device requires certain hardware like maybe iPhone XR or 11 minimum..
