Hi Amy, I have to WayLink you are referring to and find I don’t use it very often at all as simply scanning the tag via NFC on my iPhone is just as quick if not a little quicker. The WayLink device does not work without your phone. It would have been great as a standalone device if it could speak the contents of the tag but that’s not the case.
