Hi I have tried all permutations of settings, the One that seems to be the problem is the allow in notification centre which does not work, turning this off the notification is still in notification centre. And therefore VoiceOver reads the notification out loud With version 14 and below allow in notification centre could be turned off and there was no VoiceOver response
