First time went in to settings and where it said sounds and there’s another
word next to it but I don’t remember what it was and it seemed as though
everything was turned on other than that one thing I told you guys about
earlier then after that I went back in to settings and went to where it said Be
My Eyes open that up and the microphone is turned on so all that is turned on.

Thanks for your assistance regarding this matter.
