I suppose this may be a worthwhile tactic to use with a problem I’m having with 
the WalMart iOS app.  I use the app to place items in the virtual cart, but 
when I try to place the order the “Place Order” button cannot be found (using 
VoiceOver).  I’ve reported this a number of times in the WalMart “Feedback” 
framework, but to no avail.  I called into customer service and was told by the 
?customer service? person that we (meaning blind folks) are not a large enough 
customer base to warrant the cost of correcting the problem.  I find this to be 
terribly disingenuous since the problem did not manifest until July or August 
earlier this year.  The company could afford to break it, but can’t (more like 
won’t) afford to fix it.

The particularly maddening aspect of this problem is that if I use Safari to go 
to the WalMart web page and the checkout screens, I’m quite able to locate the 
“Place Order” button!

I do apologize for being so wordy in this message, but I feel that if other 
blind customers using the iOS app report this problem perhaps they might find 
that we (blind folks) are deserving of better customer service!
