Thanks for the suggestion, but that is precisely the frustrating thing about this; I have gone in to the rotor, rotor actions and quick settings and have not been able to find the "screen recognition" item.
When I have deployed the search procedure in settings, it comes back with exactly that; that the "screen recognition" item should be in rotor and quick settings.
