You can't increase the click sound when entering in things like passwords, or your touch ID. I'd suggest try wearing a pair of bluetooth headphones or ear-buds. Whenever I wear a set of bluetooth headphones and I need to enter in my passcode, I always hear the clicks when I'm wearing my headphones.
