I converted it from m4a to mp3 with GoldWave on my PC. I took the master recording, set queue points and had GoldWave split the file into wav files, then used GoldWave to enter all the tag information in each .wav file, then used its batch processing to export as MP3 because that is more universal for sounds on web sites.
