But is the phone actually powered on and has a charge? Plug it in to mains power for 10 minutes and then try turning voiceover on with the as suggested triple press of the right hand button. It could be that you didn’t have a lot of charge in the phonen to start with Or possibly you hadn’t held the power on button in for long enough to turn it on. So try plugging in to mains power and then see what happens. I thought the volume might be low or the phone is mute so I unmuted phone and used headphone while raising volume when trying to get VO with triple clicking sidebutton. Thanks!
