My phone is used in English, but with Spanish keyboard and voices installed, and I find the most efficient way to send the occasional Spanish message is to use iOS dictation. The results are good, but I don't know how to dictate so that a question mark appears in the text, with my clear but imperfect Spanish. VO reads the question mark as "interrogante," but when I say that, the word is dutifully inserted into my document.
