I will try this but I did put my air pods in and still had no voice but I will go in and turn off the microphone. If I do that how would I tell Alexa to go to the next song. (Of course, others might already know this.) When you open Amazon music the voiceover output goes to the speaker that you use when you are on a phone call. Very annoying because without headphones it is hard to hear. To fix this go to settings, Amazon music, and for “allow Amazon music to access microphone” double tap to change to off.
