Subject: Re: recommendations for accessible kitchen scales and cooking
thermometers

I am looking and hoping for a talking instant-read thermometer and cannot find
one that I trust. I would really love to find an accessible Thermopen
thermometer, but have never been able to find one or anything comparable.

Thanks for the scale recommendation -- and I'm definitely in your wife's corner!
