Sorry, but my mind reading seems to be malfunctioning today. I’m afraid not being able to navigate through settings is far too general. Please give one example of where you are running into a problem? My first thought, is make sure under Settings, VoiceOver, VoiceOver Recognition that Screen recognition is turned off.
