I have an acquaintance with a recent brain injury. Her vision is not affected per sea. But her cognitive processing of written language is very limited. Anything longer than a short text message "overwhelms" her brain. She uses an iPhone. She is asking me for recommendations for an iOS feature or add-on apps that use text-to-speech to read out on demand more sizeable amounts of text such as an email, longer texts, text on a webpage, etc?
