HI Chris, Yes, the Disney Plus app still seems to be quite accessible. I usually use this on my Fire TV and not really on the phone but I just checked and it does still work. I'm using an iPhone 8 running IOS 14.4.1.
Sorry you're having this problem! Maybe you have other apps open and need to close them out in the app switcher? Restart your phone? Just a few thoughts!
