Yes. Notes is the default iOS app. I prefer the Voice Dream Writer, $9.99. Or if you have none of the Voice Dream apps, go for the Voice Dream Suite at I think $29.99 which gets the Voice Pack with two high quality voices, Voice Dream Reader, and Voice Dream Scanner. Bought separately, that would be over $40.
