My standard headphones don’t seem to fit into the lightning port of my new SE Iphone so I can only use my Bluetooth devices but have recently seen a little dongle device which plugs into the charging lightning port and has an extension into which you can plug your standard headphones.

I don’t know which iPhone you have and maybe the iPhone 13 does no longer ship with the Apple Earpods with Lightning port, but you can get a set for I think $19 from Apple and I highly recommend it as a backup.
