Hi Bill, It happened to my sister one time and we called Apple accessibility to get it back. Here's how to get it back:
Go to any app and flick up to edit and double tap to get in edit mode. Go toward the bottom of the screen just above the dock to the page numbers and double tap. Look above the page numbers, and you will see a horizontal list of each page with an indication of either "visible" or Hidden." Find your "hidden" page and double tap. It should turn back to "visible." Exit out of edit mode. All should be fine and dandy! Take care and stay safe!
