Hi. I gave my girlfriend an iPhone X. It works great, and when I call her number, her iPhone rings. Problem is the ring tone volume is very low. I tried to have her use the volume up button to increase the volume, but the tone stops when she does that. What I don't understand is when she goes into the sound settings, the ring tone is at a great volume. How do I tell her to increase the ring tone volume? I called Apple, and they finally recommended making a trip to the Apple store.
Any ideas? I think this is a simple fix, but I don't know what to do. Have a blessed day and don't work too hard.
