Hello Terri. I have the same issue with our new Samsung Washer and Dryer. Like a number of the new apps and machines, the manufacturer claims accessibility and when we begin to use them we find they are partially accessible. I reached out to Samsung's accessibility specialist in the Toronto area and continue to get promises for further development of the app. They referred it back to me to send them a video of what is happening. I am at a loss as to how to do that. If they just tried using it with voice over on any iPhone, they would see what is wrong with the app.
