Hello, There is another option available, although it does require a few more steps. In the Settings app, go to general, then look for iPhone storage. Once there, scroll through the list, and find the name of the app that you wish to delete. Open that option, and at the very bottom, you should see the option to delete the app and a warning that this action cannot be undone. Hopefully that will help you get rid of that pesky app once and for all.
