If they also have an iPhone and they try to join your Wi-Fi you should get a request to share your credentials with them. If you approve the request they will be connected to your Wi-Fi without having to type in the password. If you are somewhere else like a hotel and if one person types in the password they can at that point share it with another iPhone user whenb they try to join the same network.
