I believe there's a Libby Windows app through the Microsoft store, but it's nothing I've ever played with so can't speak as to its accessibility.

For what it's worth, I find the Libby app easier to navigate than the Overdrive app. The audiobooks can be played at 3X speed instead of the 2X in Overdrive which is a plus as well.
