It must be me then because I am still having all kinds of trouble doing this.
Specifically I am trying to create a shortcut to use in the messenger app so I can easily thank my new facebook friends for accepting my friend requests. I type in the phrase "thanks for accepting my friend request" then various shortcuts. But no matter what shortcut I try, it never works in the messenger app. I even tried turning off spell check and auto correct, but nothing is working. Any thoughts?
