And that what was I ran into last season. The audio defaulted to muted and since I couldn't get to the controls, I couldn't unmute it. NFL Plus seems to be pretty easy to subscribe to on the web, although I haven't done it yet. I just clicked on the NFL Plus link on NFL.com, and everything seemed pretty straight forward on the next screen.
