A similar thing happened to me. I was going to church on Sunday, it’s usually about a six dollar to seven dollar fare, but they wanted $42-$43 for 3/4 of a mile. I just waited and booked directly instead of doing a schedule. And I paid less than six dollars. They charge a little bit more usually 10% more or so by doing scheduling, but 42 or $43.
