Hi Brandon. I have had a BI20X for over a year. I like it very much. I use it for church since they email me the order of worship. I copy it onto the unit and use it during the service. I'm very satisfied with it, and they continue to work out some of the bugs with updates. If I remember the BrailleNote commands correctly, there's a lot of similarity. HTH.
