For some reason, the audio quality on my iPhone SE 2020 is terrible, most noticeable when recording in Voice Memos or when sending audio messages. There's a loud hissing, and my voice sounds muffled. I have no screen protector on the device. I've never dropped the phone. Physically, it's in great shape. Do you have any ideas for what might work to rectifiy the issue? The sound quality dramaticaly improves with AirPods, but I should hope I don't need to have those connected to produce a fair recording. Thanks for any insights.
