Hello,

When I wanted to update to iOS 16 this morning I was surprised that when I
checked under Settings > General > Software Update I was first presented with
an iOS 15.7 update which mentioned security fixes.
I didn't even look further because if I had I would have seen that it then said
that also available was iOS 16.
I can't remember if this was already the case with iOS 15 last year or if this
is a new and less forceful approach by Apple to let people know the new version
of iOS is available but to then let them decide if they want to download and
install it. Anyways, I did the 15.7 update and then when I checked I saw the
iOS 16 update which also downloaded and installed quickly and without fuss.

Best regards,
Sieghard
