The phone can't do it by itself, or even the watch. The Qardio Arm is a
hardware device with a traditional BP cuff that wraps around your upper arm,
and communicates with an app on your phone via Bluetooth.

Subject: iphone app to check blood pressure

  Hello, all:

Is there an app I can use with an IPhone that would help check blood
pressure. I found two talking blood pressure machines which were not as
accurate as my primary care doctor’s whose monitor doesn’t speak audibly. This
is quite frustrating since my blood pressure can fluctuate.

The other question is would I need to purchase an Apple watch or just use
some type of app strictly with the phone? Thanks in advance.

  Louise
