I have to put myself atop the notification, double-tap over and over and over I don’t know how many times, until to the left of the notification, is an “Open “ button, which is how I manage to open them. Even the “OPen” button doesn’t show up; I seem to have to delete notifications below or above sometimes, in order for the “Open” button to appear.
