Hi; I turned off screen recognition but I still can’t log in to bard

Is anyone else having trouble getting into the app using an SE? I have a gen 2 
and a friend has a gen 3, and neither of us can get into the app.  I get an 
agreement screen, and then a log-in screen.  When I enter my credentials, I'm 
taken to a place that wants me to save my info, but when I enter my info again, 
I don't see a done or save button.
