I need some tips or confirmation about entering my patient information in the Ellume COVID Home Test app.
I am using an iPhone SE 2022 and iOS 15.7. My typing style is set to touch typing. I typically find the letter I want to enter and lift my finger to enter the letter. When I enter my first, middle, and last name, I hear a click when I lift my finger on each letter. But I cannot confirm that I have entered the correct information. Here is my biggest problem. There are picker items for the month, day, and year of my date of birth. I adjust each of the picker items the the correct value and double-tap to hopefully enter the value. But when I look at the edit field, the original values of the picker items are still there. The cursor is positioned at the end of the date (which is today's date). There is no delete button to delete the value. What do I need to do to be sure the values of the picker items are used as my birth date? I appreciate any help that will get me through this process.
