I honestly do not use dictation a ton, but I have not found the issues others 
are reporting in 16.0.3.  I can stop and start and not lose my place.

I chose not to do the betas since I only have one device.

I used to use dictation for text messages all the time.  However, since getting 
my Hable One, I don't use dictation any more.  IOS 16 certainly has some bugs 
to work out.
