I am thrilled to report things are greatly improved on my iPhone 8 after updating to 16.1 (e.g. app switcher & Notification Center work well now), but I now have a new problem. I'm alerted to new notifications when the phone is locked, but the notification isn't read; I have to swipe around before voiceover reads the notification. This doesn't happen when the phone is unlocked. When the phone is unlocked, I am alerted to the arrival of a notification, and that is followed by the actual notification. I've tried rebooting, and checked settings.all seems okay to me. Any thoughts? Katrina
