Hello, The only thing I would add to these excellent instructions is that sometimes there is more of a delay between the time to call K'NEX and the part of the menu comes on that except touchstone entry. In some cases I've had to enter two or three commas between the phone number and the next string of numbers to get it to work just right. So, don't be afraid to try a few combinations till you get the one that works.
