Hey Alex, the VO, or voice over keyboard command is a set of two keys held down. It seems to vary, depending on the device and the keyboard. Sometimes the VO keys are the first and the third key, sometimes the first and the fourth key, and on most, Apple keyboards, the second and third key. When I mentioned the right VO key, it would be the right hand key that you would use for the voiceover combination. So if your device uses the first and third key for the voice over command, then it would be the third key would be your right VO key.
