What do you mean it stopped working? I use KeePass on my phone and desktop. I make my edits on my desktop and then access the file on KeePass Touch via Dropbox. I can access my file as of today. I agree that it doesn't stay synchronized in real-time, but I just grab the latest file from dropbox if I know I have made a change on my desktop. Admittedly, I have not tried to update passwords on my phone and resaved the file to Dropbox, so maybe you do need at alternative if you need that. Anyway, the process I am using works.
