That's all well and good; but why direct people to a web site with no support for the app?
That makes no sense.
And, if you use headphones, it only records through the headphone microphone; which means you will only record yourself; which may be fine for what some folks want.
It does have a clear tutorial and does indeed work with relative ease.

The one clearly negative review said it was only good for recording yourself.  They tried to use it to record a doctor appointment and heard nothing but themselves.

 

I’ll check the app out since it appears to be free.
