Hello Marty,

Are you using iTunes on Mac or Windows? If you’re a Mac user and you plug your
iPhone into your computer to sync music, I think I have an idea what’s
happening since that’s happened to me before. You have to tab to where it says
free more storage and uncheck the box. The reason why that box should be
unchecked because I noticed that’s what keeps deleting my songs off my phone
when I know I have those songs I’m looking for in my iTunes library. After
that, tab over to where it says artists and music genres, make sure
everything’s checked by going through the list of all your songs, using your up
and down arrow keys. Once everything’s selected, tab over to apply all, VO
space bar or press the return key, then it should work. Just wait for the
tritone sound to indicate that the sinking process is done, before you unplug
your phone.
Hope this helps.
