Hi Richard, When I flip the switch, I get nothing. I can’t ask Siri anything. I’ve tried the three finger double tap, and still nothing. If so, you know it is on. Does holding the home button and asking Siri anything work? Can you ask Siri to turn VoiceOver on? If it says VoiceOver is already on, then try a three finger double tap to unmute VoiceOver. That problem is fixed. Now, however, my new iPhone has completely frozen. No voiceover, no sound, but the home button still feels like I can push it. I’m guessing the power is still on? I have no idea what to do. I had just finished using Facebook messenger. The old phone that I’m using at the moment still works. Any help would be very much appreciated. -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
