What device are you using to play the music? We have Sonos, and I have home sharing enabled in iTunes, so my wife can access my entire library through Sonos. Now, No extra cost for family sharing involved. Through iTunes home sharing, you can share your library over your network. Now, if you want her to have the same access to all of Apple music that is not part of your personal library from your CDs, and she is using her own Apple ID, and you pay for Apple music family sharing, she will have the same access to everything that you have. At least that is my understanding. Of course, always check with Apple to be sure.
