Amy:

I have been having the same problem. Have been in contact with Apple accessibility and she finally realized that it was cutting off and on while I was talking to her.

I got an email saying that they were working on the problem.

About a month later, I sent another email and they responded that they are still working on resolving the problem.

Like you say, I can talk OK when wearing my blue tooth hearing aids, but don't want to do that all the time just around the house.

Guess we will just have to hang in.

Comfort in knowing we are not alone.

Anyone who is having this problem, please email or call Apple accessibility, as the more it reported, the faster we can get it resolved.
