Next time I hear scan QR code on TV I’ll open camera and swipe to QR code. Or maybe take a photo and hope QR code is on photo. I usually watch TV on TV in bedroom. However, I have Spectrum TV on phone. Open Spectrum TV on phone set to CNBC the host is talking wait for commercial but no QR code. I tap settings and TV closes. I’ll try a photo later today. Then swipe down from the top to bring up Control Centre, tap Code Scanner and point your rear camera towards the QR code. You typically don't have to be super close, once the camera sees it it will get recognized, there is nothing you have to do.
