Not exactly on topic, but it's quite simple, either she gets a good case and a glass screen protector or she keeps buying new phones although a cracked screen shouldn't necessarily be a reaspon for a new phone but should be resolved with a screen replacement which is a lot cheaper than a new phone. As for cases you just have to see what is available for her particular make and model of phone, not much point if I recommended a certain case which exists for the iPhone and some Android phones, but maybe not for her Android phone.
