I'm in the US, and I have the Platinum subscription for the $11 price, and I can only stream on one device at a time. If I start a stream up on a second device then I hear a message on the first device stating that since I'm streaming somewhere else, my streaming on the current device will be stopped. Hmm, I used the word device too many times, so I hope that makes sense. I guess the bottom line is that for that plan, yes you can only stream on one device at a time.
