Try setting up 2 activities: one for English, another one for Hebrew; that's how I have mine set up: an activity for English, and another one for Spanish, each one with its voice of course. So within the rotor's activities, I just flick up or down, to the activity needed at the time, depending on what I'm doing. Good luck!
