I like Repeat Check. Someone on this list recommended it years ago and it's been really helpful. I have all sorts of lists from gift ideas, to movies I want to see, questions to ask my doctor at my next visit, and places I want to visit and so on. As someone described doing with the Reminders app, this app by design lets you double tap to mark the item as complete, then you can move it back to the top if you want to start over. I don’t' use this for shopping, but I could definitely see how you'd have a list of core things, mark them off as you get them, then bring them back to the list when you want to buy them again. Double tapping marks as complete or a flick up gets you to a place to quickly delete the item.
