I think there was a button or a switch on the side towards the back almost where you put the batteries in or on the opposite side. That’s just from memory.

HI Wayne,

If it’s the same one that I think it is; there is a button on the right hand side that you hold in for about 10 seconds. The only way that you can tell if it is on or not is to have it paired with your iPhone with Voiceover turned on and when you hit a key; you’ll hear your phone speak!

Hope that helps some. I don’t really know much about it; my husband is the one who uses it once in a while!

Debbie

Subject: Old Apple Bluetooth keyboard

Hi. I found an old Bluetooth keyboard, which must be from around 2010. Does anyone recall which button turns it on? This was the Bluetooth keyboard which took I think 2 AA batteries, so we're going back a ways. Also, does anyone know how I might know if it is on? I am totally blind.

Thanks,
